Barney Warf

Graduado e mestre em Geografia pela University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) e doutor em geografia pela University of Washington. Professor no Departamento de Geografia da University of Kansas. Publicou, dentre outros, os livros “Human Geography: A Serious Introduction” (2016), “Global geographies of internet” (2012), “Encounters and Engagements between Economic and Cultural Geography” (2012), The World Economy: Resources, Location, Trade, and Development (2010). Atualmente tem como áreas de interesse: geografia urbana, internet, telecomunicações, serviços, cosmopolitismo e teoria social.
